~What areas do you service?~
We service areas in Livingston Parish, Prairieville, Central and Baton Rouge.

~Do you charge a delivery fee?~
There is a minimum $10.00 charge on areas located 20 miles or more outside of our Denham Springs location.

~What is included in a sign rental?~
Most of our signs include a personalized keepsake that is attached with ribbon or rafia, at no additional charge to you.

~What is a yard card/critter?~
A yard card says exactly what you want, or we can suggest phrases for you!  Our yard cards are available in a variety of colors.  A variety of critters are available (such as hearts for a proposal) that we will fill the yard with!

~What forms of payment do you accept?~
We currently accept checks, cash, money orders and cashier's checks.  We are preparing to take credit card payments.  Payment must be received before delivery is made.  If you are paying by personal check, we must receive it 2 weeks before scheduled delivery. 

~How far in advance should I order?~
We accept orders 7 days a week.  We have voicemail, and check our messages as soon as possible.  Reservations are not required, but recommended due to availability. Custom orders may require a 2 week notice.  Please inquire about those.  Reservations cannot be held without payment.

~Does anyone have to be home for you to deliver?~
Absolutely not!  We deliver, set up and pick up all signs and displays.

~Can I rent a stork for a baby shower?~
Yes, we do a one day baby shower rental.  This rental does not include a keepsake, but with a plaque that reads, "Baby Shower."  These are available in pink, blue or yellow.

~Are gift certificates available?~
Yes.  We can mail the gift certificate to you or the recipient.  It will also include a card so they will know who it is from, and how to order.

~Are there any precautions to care for the signs or critters~
We ask that no one, especially children, climb or play on/around any of our displays.  Our signs/critters are not made to withstand weight.  Again, we are not responsible for injuries.  Please do not mow or water around our signs.  If it needs to be moved, we will do this but a small fee will be charged.  We also reserve the right to charge a $50 fee if our signs or critters are intentionally damaged.
We do encourage photos!  This is a gift to be cherished!

~What is your refund policy?~
A refund will be issued if the order is cancelled 24 hours before delivery.  However, there will be a $35 fee if a keepsake plaque has already been made.  If this is the case, the keepsake will be shipped.  Refunds will also be issued if exteme weather conditions prohibits us from safely delivering.  We can make arrangements for another time if possible.  Refunds will not be issued for the following:
*Wrong address is given
*Incorrect spelling of name
*If the homeowner or gated community stops us from setting up
*If a dog is loose on the property and is barking/growling
